After my first child was born, I dived into the birth and lactation world. I had never been exposed much to breastfeeding before I then, and I loved everything about it. I continued to breastfeed my first until he was 5.5 years old through my next pregnancy and tandem nursing for 2.5 years. It was after my third child was born that I decided that I wanted to make a career out of helping families in their breastfeeding journeys. I am still breastfeeding my second and third children and am working towards my IBCLC certification.
