Mother’s Closet – September 2026

Our Mother’s Closet is a free community event designed to support growing families with essential resources, connection, and care. Families are invited to “shop” from a wide selection of new and gently used clothing, accessories, toys, breastfeeding supplies, and other helpful household and baby items — all at no cost.
In addition to material support, attendees can connect with doulas and lactation consultants who are available throughout the event to offer guidance and support during pregnancy, postpartum, and breastfeeding journeys.
Community donations are also welcomed during the event. Donated items are reviewed for quality and sorted so they can continue supporting local families in need.
Whether you’re expecting, caring for a new baby, or raising young children, Our Mother’s Closet is here to help families feel supported, connected, and empowered.
This month’s event is going to be held with Urban Community Connection’s Mom and Baby Fest with many other fun activities and freebies, targeted to families with children 5 years old and younger.
