Yes, they do! The vendor to “raise” the most diapers by physically bringing them or raising money for them will receive recognition on our social media. All donations are tax-deductible.

It’s FREE to host a trunk!

Yes. Birth it Forward asks that all trunks submit a short description of their trunk design and reserve the right to ask them to be changed or taken down. This is a family-friendly event, so Birth it Forward requires family-friendly decorations.

Anything that will be consumed or absorbed by the human body must be store-bought and individually packaged unless you are licensed to distribute your specific product.

The Teal Pumpkin Project aims to provide trick-or-treat fun for children who cannot have candy. If you offer a toy-treat option, you will be given a teal pumpkin on the Birth it Forward provided signage for your space. This will allow children needing to stay away from candy to easily trick-or-treat by following the teal pumpkins.

Set up is from 3-4pm, the event will run from 4pm-7pm and clean-up must be done by 8 pm. Please leave your space in the condition that you found it.

A vendor map will be emailed out 2 days before the event. We will also have Birth it Forward volunteers available to show you where to set up starting at 3pm the day of the event.

No electricity or running water is available. Trunks must provide their own equipment, decorations, and candy. Indoor bathrooms will be available.
